Why Taking Pictures While Traveling Isn’t Worth It

Original Photo

Is it just me, or does everyone hate taking pictures? There’s just something about it. It’s like I have to stop enjoying my surroundings in order to stop everything I’m doing and give a fake smile, just for the memories. I’d much rather live my life and experience things while traveling than to be distracted by expensive cameras and photo ops. Sometimes it’s just not worth it.

I’ve currently been doing some minor photo editing and just started learning how to take the background off of a subject, then putting the subject without the background in front of a different background.

And that was my MUAHAHAHA AHA moment.

Why don’t I just go for some photo shoot with a green background then use that same picture of me, then put it in the background of all of the places that I’ve been.

That would solve all of my problems. No more of stopping what I’m doing for a photo. No more distractions. No more inconveniences…

Well not quite, but it would be nice if I could just do that for every picture.

On the plus side, this photo editing thing actually looks pretty realistic. Here are some examples.

I only wish I could get a picture of me with the Eiffel Tower like this one. (I actually went when I was about 8, but there were so many people that it was hard to get a good picture.)
