I’ve always enjoyed biking, but prior to embarking on our 2 year round the world journey, I had to put my bike in storage.
Too bad I didn’t have a bike I could travel with.
While researching for small, portable and foldable bikes that I could use in New York City, I realized a lot of them would be perfect to take and use while traveling. Why travel with a bike?
Imagine exploring a new city. You have limited time – not nearly enough time to walk to all the sights you want to see. If you had a bike, you’d be able to experience more, and have a different perspective. It’s also healthier and cheaper than taking a taxi.
What if you’re a digital nomad or long term traveler living in Cuenca or Thailand? Instead of walking everywhere, or renting a car, which is expensive and requires a local drivers license, you could use a bike. Biking takes less than half the time and a lot less effort than walking. Плюс, you’ll have a lot more fun in the process.
