Snappy Towels stands out from all other towels due to the 6 pairs of snaps located around the edges of the towel, and the utility they provide. This towel can be worn over the shoulders or around your waist, which is great if you are changing by your car or on the beach, or even just want some more privacy in the changeroom. It’s surprisingly convenient to be able to snap the towel on and have your hands free for carrying your beach gear, picnic basket, surfboard, or what have you.

You can snap the towel over a railing or rope without worrying about it falling off. This comes in handy when hanging the towel to dry, and is useful as a privacy curtain in a hostel. Aside from the snaps, this towel is different from other travel towels because of the fabric. It is made of a similar type of microfiber that other travel towels are made from, but in a waffle-weave which gives it texture and therefore a totally different feel than other travel towels. It’s really absorbent and we were surprised with how much water it could hold and still feel dry to the touch. And it was a much more pleasant feeling than other travel towels we’ve used.

At 50” x 27” it is big enough to wrap around your body, unlike many other travel towels, but it still manages to pack up quite small, roughly the size of a hardcover novel. The company has a larger size coming out soon which is a full-sized beach towel, and are currently running a Kickstarter campaign for a special kids-only design.
