Dia duit, Thanks for this review…it further confirms my decision to buy this global carry-on. I just bought one today and it had a lot of scuffs (it was on sale for only $70 and the clerk said it might have been returned by somebody because of all the scuffs — the tags were still attached, though so it seems like they didn’t really use it much). I found a review online where somebody said that Barkeeper’s Friend cleaning powder removes the scuffs. I made a paste with Barkeeper’s Friend and water and used a paper towel to gently scrub the scuffs; indeed, it removed them all and did not leave any scratches. The gleaming bronze surface looks great now. It seems like a really nice bag and, especially with all the scuffs removed, I feel as though I got a bargain. I hope this “Barkeeper’s Friend” suggestion is useful to other users of these bags.
