Lock Laces Review:
Lock Laces are shoelaces that are elastic and don’t need to be tied. The concept is extremely simple. Thread the laces into your shoe then tighten by pulling the excess cord while pressing the locking mechanism button. Then you never need to tie your laces again.
The reasons I bought the laces were because
- I didn’t like the original laces on my Merrell shoes
- Tying my shoelaces takes a long time
- My shoelaces chronically untie themselves
Lock Laces are made of bungee cord and come in 13 different colors.
Traveling requires me to be ready to be on the move as soon as possible. These laces help me to do just that, because they eliminate the time and effort needed to tie shoelaces. Also there is no need for slowing down to tie your shoes. I have not yet experienced these laces loosen by themselves.
Lock Laces are meant for casual and athletic use, but I’ve noticed that most good athletic gear is good travel gear. I have worn them while running and they stayed tight, but didn’t get too tight because they are elastic.
If you are super speedy when tying your shoes then these may not be necessary for you. On the other hand, if you know that you are the type that is slow to get their shoes on, then this piece of travel gear will help you a lot.
8 dollars was a bit pricey for just a pair of shoelaces, but other than that there wasn’t anything wrong with the laces.
Here are instructions on how to use Lock Laces.

I would recommend these shoelaces to travelers, runners and lazy people, because they can save crucial time for you to experience the world.
